At Sun Cleaners, our master tailor bridges that gap, sculpting your clothing to harmonize with your body.
All alteration work is performed in our private fitting and alteration studio right inside our Clifton Park shop. You can step into our fitting room, consult directly with our tailor, and have your garments pinned with exact precision.

Pants & Trouser Hemming
Plain hems, traditional turn-up cuffs, blind-stitched slacks, and original designer hems on denim jeans (retaining the authentic distressed factory hemline).
Waist, Seat & Inseam
Take in or let out trouser waists, eliminate waist gap on women's jeans, adjust crotch drops, and taper baggy leg openings for a clean modern taper.
Suit Jacket Alterations
Shorten or lengthen sleeves (from bottom or shoulder seam for functional buttonholes), take in jacket side seams, narrow collar rolls, and contour chest fullness.
Dresses & Formal Gowns
Hemming multi-layer tulle and satin dresses, shortening shoulder straps, taking in side bodices, inserting bra cups, and setting French/American bustles.
Zipper Repair & Replacement
Broken sliders, split teeth, or jammed zippers replaced on coats, jackets, jeans, dresses, cushions, and boots using heavy-duty YKK brass and nylon zippers.
Linings, Pockets & Patches
Relining winter coats, replacing worn jacket pockets, repairing torn belt loops, patching elbows with genuine leather or suede, and sewing club/scout badges.
